Refreshing to read this - especially amongst all the apocalyptic AI stuff doing the rounds. Maybe there will eventually be a move away from bureaucracy in general? When everything and everyone gets overwhelmed by information, surely at some point we just have to stop trying to process it?

Perhaps we should all just decide to leave the computers to it and start talking to each other about less boring stuff instead.
